Our recently accepted paper in Wiley's Journal of Chemical Technology & Biotechnology reports that the height-to-diameter ratio in biotrickling filters should be optimized to enhance their mixing and mass transfer performance. This work was the result of our collaboration with the University of Valencia and the Mexiquense University.
