Great time in Guadalajara

We had a nice time in Guadalajara Mexico during the meeting of the Gaseous Biofuels Cluster of the Mexican Center for Energy Innovation (CEMIE-BIO). Impossible to lose the opportunity of tasting the local "Birria", a typical dish of Jalisco.
